Senior Vice President, Registration & Housing

Chris Williams’ mission is to provide world-class service through people, process and technology.  As MCI USA’s Senior Vice President of Registration & Housing, Chris leads a dedicated team in providing registration services to some of the largest, most complex events in the trade show and meeting industry.  

Prior to joining MCI, Chris spent 25 years at CompuSystems (CSI), one of the leading registration companies in the US.  For last 7 years as CSI’s president, he focused on customer success and next-generation technology.  Chris spent the 15 years prior to that as their senior vice president of sales where he grew annual revenue by over 100%. He has a keen sense of how customers make decisions and how they accomplish their goals.  

Prior to joining CSI, Chris was the general manager of Prisma Resort Services, a real estate services company. While there, he opened a US office and built a team that serviced six resort properties and over 2,000 customers throughout North America.  Chris has also served as an account manager at Tenstar Corporation where he assisted clients in purchasing properties that could be converted to vacation ownership resorts.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. His a member of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and serves on IAEE’s Technologies Committee. Originally from Chicago, Chris recently relocated to the Dallas area with his wife and two children.
