Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) is a specialty organization that serves sales, marketing, and revenue optimization professionals who work in the hotel industry. Coronavirus has had a devastating effect on the hospitality sector around the world, and HSMAI members are integral part of managing the fallout and leading the recovery.
While the greater hospitality profession is well served with news, analysis, and other resources, HSMAI members need content that is more focused on their specific disciplines — and the ability to find it quickly and easily. In addition to developing that content, including articles, webinars, and special reports, staff are collecting it on a Global Coronavirus Resources page that they developed on HSMAI’s website. And they’re updating the page constantly with new content.
“With the immense amount of information coming out daily regarding the coronavirus crisis, HSMAI felt that our members and the industry at large needed a curated source of content relevant to them as sales, marketing, and revenue optimization professionals,” said MCI USA talent Jason Smith, who serves as HSMAI’s vice president of marketing and communications. “Our Global Coronavirus Resources page is updated daily with fresh perspectives from HSMAI leaders and trusted industry sources providing proactive measures and crisis-management best practices.
