A Global Gathering in the Heart of Geneva
MCI Switzerland had the honor of supporting the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services (CCIG) in organizing the prestigious 13th World Chambers Congress (WCC), a major international event held in Geneva.
Bringing together over 1,500 participants from 117 countries, the congress served as a key platform for economic leaders, policymakers, and chamber representatives from around the world. Its mission: to foster change through trade, collaboration, and international dialogue.
As part of this 13th World Chambers Congress, MCI Switzerland was selected as the strategic and operational partner, playing a central role in the overall coordination of the event from the initial planning stages to final on-site delivery. Our mission was to ensure smooth execution at every step, guaranteeing seamless consistency across all aspects of the project while meeting the international standards and expectations of the congress.
Among the main responsibilities entrusted to our team, managing sponsors and exhibitors held a central position. We implemented a rigorous and personalized approach to meet their needs.
At the same time, registration management was carried out with the highest level of precision. In close collaboration with the event’s key organizing bodies the International Conference Centre of Geneva (CICG), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the World Chambers Federation (WCF) we deployed a smooth and efficient solution tailored to the specific needs of all participants, whether professionals, institutions, or chamber representatives.
