The Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM), serving Clinical Data Management and Research Professionals across the globe, needed to convert their annual conference in the virtual format and articulate the added value of the format change to association members. 

Having no experience in selling, marketing and promoting virtual events, the board and the executive committee contacted MCI to deliver the strategy for the event. MCI brought on the table a full-fledged digital solution and developed a coherent, 360 Digital Marketing Plan leveraging and deploying the latest tools and techniques in virtual experiences. The approach was focused on collaborative work with the client and collecting data insights from the association members.
