As Director of Operations, Hong Kong, Jane leads the day to day activities of the Hong Kong office. Over her multi-decade career both in Hong Kong and the USA, she’s been on all sides of the business- agency, client, organizer, working with industries from pharmaceutical to finance to FMCG and education. With a particular interest and expertise in Creative Strategy, Jane drives content and strategic development for client projects, as well as overseeing overall quality of all projects from the MCI HK office.

Brazilian-born and APAC-raised, Olinto brings a rare cross-cultural perspective to the world of events and experiential marketing, having spent the majority of his career at the intersection of luxury, hospitality, and corporate engagement. His work spans immersive brand experiences, large-scale corporate events, and bespoke hospitality moments for some of the world's most recognised brands.
