Our scope of work spanned the definition of the event theme and agenda, the design of session formats, speaker curation and briefing, staging, branding, communications, audiovisual creation and production, digital experience, and full operational management.
In addition to plenary sessions, exclusive interviews, and panels moderated by two professional journalists, small-group workshops enabled more focused discussions in a confidential setting. These complementary formats were designed to foster interaction and deepen audience engagement.
Our responsibilities also extended across the full hospitality experience: from the development of a dedicated website and invitation management to catering coordination, logistics, and the organization of a networking evening at La Perle du Lac.
