The CAE credential is the highest professional certification in the association industry. It recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the knowledge, skills and commitment essential to effective association management. The program is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
"Earning the CAE is a meaningful milestone for me," Miodonski says. "It reflects not just the experience I’ve gained, but my ongoing commitment to learning and growing in this profession. I’m grateful to MCI USA for supporting my professional development and for fostering a culture that values both innovation and impact."
At MCI USA, Miodonski plays a critical leadership role in helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their reach and relevance. She currently supports the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and the HSMAI Foundation, and serves as executive director of the Professional Development Consortium (PDC). In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Miodonski is also a sustainability champion within MCI USA, advancing responsible practices across the organization.
"Kristin brings both heart and strategy to everything she does," said Carrie Hartin, president of Association Solutions at MCI USA. "Her achievement of the CAE credential reflects her deep dedication to the association sector and to helping our clients navigate change, engage stakeholders and lead with purpose."
Miodonski and other CAE recipients will be formally recognized at the 2025 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition, taking place Aug. 9–12 in Los Angeles.
