From poolside saxophone sessions to an awards ceremony under the stars in the Agafay Desert, the EMEA Partner Summit in Marrakesh brought NiCE’s partner community together through a series of carefully curated shared experiences. Designed to celebrate partner performance while looking ahead to future opportunities, the event blended CX insight with authentic cultural moments to create a summit that felt both purposeful and forward-looking.

Working in close partnership with NiCE, we delivered a summit built around connection. The programme opened with a Partner Advisory Board, before moving into a relaxed poolside welcome reception with a live saxophonist, setting an informal and social tone from the outset.

 

The main conference day combined content with networking, before transitioning to a standout evening in the Agafay Desert. Guests arrived to traditional music and Moroccan tea, followed by an open-air dinner, awards ceremony and high-energy entertainment including live performances and a DJ set.

 

The final day paired a half-day conference with curated experiences. Delegates could explore Marrakesh’s cultural landmarks, from historic palaces to the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa square, or opt for a 4x4 adventure into the Atlas Mountains, visiting a traditional Berber home with panoramic views across desert and lake.

Our in-house content team worked closely with NiCE to develop a strategic content programme that addressed a key challenge across its EMEA partner network: strong interest in AI, but a lack of clarity and confidence to turn that interest into real commercial outcomes. The summit was designed to bridge this gap, aligning strategic vision with practical execution while strengthening partner relationships.

Focused on agentic AI, the agenda combined deep-dive sessions, live demonstrations and real-world use cases to equip partners with both understanding and the ability to confidently position and sell the solutions.

The result was a clear, unified message: moving from AI promise to real performance, with partners playing a central role, positioning the summit as a catalyst for commercial growth and ecosystem momentum.

The event achieved an outstanding satisfaction rate, with consistently strong feedback across organisation, content and networking. Attendees described it as the “best partner event yet,” highlighting the seamless delivery and the opportunity to build stronger relationships in a relaxed and engaging setting.
