Designed as a flagship experience for a global technology audience, this two-day event brought together clients, partners and industry leaders to explore the future of AI, CX and digital transformation. Hosted at Allianz Stadium Twickenham, the conference combined thought leadership, immersive experiences and live entertainment to create a high-impact event that challenged the conventions of a traditional corporate conference.

Our client approached us to create a conference experience that felt bold, immersive and distinctly different from previous years. The ambition was to move beyond a standard plenary-led format and instead design an environment where delegates could actively engage with content, technology and each other in a more dynamic and memorable way.

To achieve this, we transformed Allianz Stadium Twickenham into a fully branded technology destination, featuring large-scale expo spaces, networking lounges, interactive activation zones and live broadcast environments. The venue was designed to encourage exploration, allowing attendees to personalise their journey across multiple content streams and experiential touchpoints throughout the two-day programme.

The conference agenda focused on the evolving role of AI and digital innovation across business and customer experience. Industry-leading speakers including Sir Tim Berners-Lee and Jonny Wilkinson delivered keynote sessions that combined insight, inspiration and practical thinking around leadership, technology and future transformation.

Alongside the speaker programme, immersive AI demonstrations and gamified experiences were integrated throughout the event to make complex technology more engaging and accessible. These interactive moments encouraged participation between sessions while reinforcing the wider themes of innovation, collaboration and future-thinking that sat at the heart of the conference.

Our team managed the event from concept through to delivery, overseeing venue sourcing and hire, production management and full creative development. This included the creation of CAD plans, stage concepts and spatial renders across the plenary and breakout areas to ensure a cohesive experience throughout the venue.

In addition to the physical environment, we supported the wider content production process, helping shape presentations, visual assets and on-screen graphics to maximise impact across large-format digital displays. We also managed entertainment sourcing, registration systems and delegate communications, ensuring a seamless experience from initial registration through to the close of the event.

The conference concluded with an exclusive live performance by Kaiser Chiefs on the stadium pitch, bringing delegates together for a high-energy finale that celebrated the scale and ambition of the event.

The results reflected the success of the experience, delivering a 50% increase in attendance, a 35% uplift in registrations and an overall satisfaction score of 95%. The event also generated a notable increase in senior stakeholder engagement and contributed to a strong commercial pipeline, reinforcing its importance as a key moment in the client’s annual global events calendar.
