Our client approached us to create a conference experience that felt bold, immersive and distinctly different from previous years. The ambition was to move beyond a standard plenary-led format and instead design an environment where delegates could actively engage with content, technology and each other in a more dynamic and memorable way.
To achieve this, we transformed Allianz Stadium Twickenham into a fully branded technology destination, featuring large-scale expo spaces, networking lounges, interactive activation zones and live broadcast environments. The venue was designed to encourage exploration, allowing attendees to personalise their journey across multiple content streams and experiential touchpoints throughout the two-day programme.
