To create a balanced itinerary suitable for all attendees, the event combined both ski and non-ski activities. Guests were able to enjoy guided skiing experiences alongside alternative options such as snowshoeing, ensuring the programme remained inclusive while still embracing the alpine environment. We managed all associated logistics, including guides, lift passes, equipment hire and insurance coordination, allowing delegates to focus entirely on the experience itself.
Beyond the activities, hospitality played a central role in shaping the atmosphere of the retreat. Evenings were built around authentic local dining experiences, informal après ski networking and live musical entertainment, creating opportunities for attendees to build connections away from a formal business setting.
Our team also managed the full delegate journey, including registration, rooming lists, catering requirements, airport transfers and onsite coordination across multiple arrival points and schedules. Pre-event and onsite communications were carefully managed to ensure guests remained informed throughout, while branded collateral, enhancements and gifting helped reinforce the overall event identity and guest experience.
Delivering two consecutive sessions within the same venue required detailed operational planning and precise onsite execution. By carefully coordinating supplier schedules, accommodation turnover and activity management, we ensured both groups received the same consistently high-quality experience while maintaining the smooth, effortless atmosphere expected from a premium hospitality programme.
