Working in collaboration with WPP, we delivered their first UK cross-agency, client-focused event, designed to bring clarity to the evolving media landscape while strengthening relationships across the wider ecosystem. The programme was built around a future-focused agenda, helping partners and clients understand how to navigate change, unlock innovation and identify new routes to growth.
Across the day, a curated series of sessions brought together senior voices from across media, retail and sport to explore how technology, creativity and purpose-driven marketing are reshaping industries. The content was designed to simplify complexity and spark discussion, showing how brands can move beyond traditional media approaches to create more relevant, impactful audience engagement.
Working within a dry-hire venue, we transformed the space to maximise storytelling and audience impact, fully leveraging large-scale digital screens and immersive content opportunities. Purpose-led activation pods were integrated throughout the experience, including a 3D chocolate printer and interactive touchscreen installations, creating moments of interaction between sessions and reinforcing key themes in a tangible way.
Speakers included renowned retail expert Mary Portas, who explored the future of retail and commerce, and Debbie Hewitt, Chair of the Football Association, who spoke about the power of sport, communication and community connection in driving positive societal change.
